Quote requests and project acceptance
Sending a quote request does not book a project or create an obligation to accept it. I review each request for schedule, materials, artwork, placement, and production fit before confirming a job.
I may decline work that I cannot produce reliably or that is unlawful, unsafe, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the shop.
Quotes, payment, and changes
Quotes are based on the information provided and remain estimates until the scope, artwork, products, quantity, placement, and timing are confirmed. Changes may affect price and turnaround time.
Production begins only after you accept the quote and send full payment. Taxes, shipping, rush work, and special materials will be identified when they apply.
Artwork and permissions
You confirm that you own the artwork you submit or have permission to use it for embroidery. You are responsible for names, logos, trademarks, characters, and other protected material you provide. I may ask for proof of permission or decline artwork when ownership is unclear.
Proofs and production
Proofs are used to confirm design, placement, scale, and color before a full run. Screen colors, thread colors, and finished embroidery can vary slightly. Approving a proof authorizes production based on that proof.
Changes requested after approval or after production begins may require additional time and cost.
Timing, shipping, cancellations, and returns
Turnaround and delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Carrier delays and incorrect shipping information are outside my control, though I will help resolve delivery problems.
Custom work generally cannot be returned once production begins unless it is defective or does not match the approved proof. A cancellation may include charges for completed work, ordered materials, and other nonrecoverable costs.
Privacy and customer data
I collect the contact, shipping, project, artwork, and approval information needed to quote, produce, deliver, and support your order. I may also retain communications and transaction records for accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations.
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that host the site, store data and files, deliver transactional email, process payments, or ship orders. I do not sell customer personal information.
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and are then deleted or anonymized when practical. You may ask what information I have about you or request deletion, subject to records I must retain. No internet service can promise absolute security, but reasonable steps are used to protect the information kept.
