Once all the project details are confirmed, I will send an invoice. Work begins after full payment is received.
Samples are provided within one week of payment. Apparel and hat projects include two sample rounds. The first is an initial stitch-out to approve the design, colors, size, and overall look. The second is a final sample stitched on your actual hat or garment.
Once samples are approved, production begins.
Your finished items are shipped to you. Tracking info will be emailed when items ship.
Every order is stitched with care in my Arizona shop.
A transparent PNG is preferred. I also accept JPG, JPEG, GIF, PSD, and AI files. Please include any reference photos that will help me understand your vision, such as existing embroidery you’d like matched, colors you like, or examples of the look you’re going for.
Think big, bold, and simple. Small or highly intricate details don’t always translate well to embroidery. Thicker lines and shapes work best, and text should ideally be at least 1/4" tall for legibility. Shadows, gradients, and shading may need to be simplified into solid shapes or colors.
Yes! I supply all hats and apparel. I do not accept customer-supplied garments.
I recommend checking out S&S Activewear, Atonal Headwear, and OTTO CAP for blank hats and apparel.
Please let me know! There are usually adjustments that we can make. If you ultimately aren’t happy with how the project is turning out, I won’t require you to complete the order. Artwork setup costs are non-refundable.
I don’t currently offer die cut or custom-shaped patches. I make straight-edge patches only.
The maximum design height for hats is approximately 2.2”.
Pricing varies based on the design, size, complexity, and blank chosen. Larger or more complex designs take longer to produce and may cost more.
Yes! I’m happy to run pre-orders. For the fastest turnaround, it’s best to finalize and approve the artwork and stitch-out before your pre-order begins. I also recommend confirming my availability for the day your pre-order closes so I can get started right away.

Small runs are welcome. There is no minimum quantity. Each design has a $75 minimum embroidery cost, plus artwork setup and blanks.
